Summary

Learning Outcomes

  • Identify what degree (maturity) of digital transformation a project could have?
  • Acquire the fundamentals in project management through the analysis of real case-studies
  • Develop a critical perspective on digital transformation


The “digital strategy” course offers a comprehensive framework and up-to-date research results to understand

  • how digital devices seek to transform organizations (teams, firms, industries and markets)
  • how organizations and economic actors could contribute to the development and the improvement of these new digital devices

The course focuses on the current era of digital transformation through two dimensions of digital strategy: the digitalization of business processes inside and between organizations and the design of new business models adapted to the digital economy.

  • Fall 2023:
