Summary

Learning Outcomes

  • Identify what degree (maturity) of digital transformation a project could have?
  • Acquire the fundamentals in project management through the analysis of real case-studies
  • Develop a critical perspective on digital transformation
  • Convince an audience while presenting a project 


The “digital strategy” course offers a comprehensive framework and up-to-date research results to understand

  • how digital devices seek to transform organizations (teams, firms, industries and markets)
  • how organizations and economic actors could contribute to the development and the improvement of new digital devices 
  • how new business models of digital devices could create value  

The course focuses on the current era of digital transformation through two dimensions of digital strategy: the digitalization of business processes inside and between organizations and the design of new business models adapted to the digital economy.

    • Engagement throughout the session - 10 % of the final grade
    • Individual written reflexive essay - Submission deadline: 13/12/2024 (23h00) - 50 % of the final grade
