As part of the European University Ulysseus, a delegation from Université Côte d'Azur was welcomed by the University of Münster in Germany on March 27 and 28, 2025.

The objective: to establish scientific collaborations focused on artificial intelligence for personalized medicine and data science.

This delegation consisted of Stéphane Ngo Mai, Vice-President of Ulysseus, and Frédéric Mallet, Director of i3S, accompanied by several computer science researchers from the laboratory, including Christel Dartigues and Denis Pallez, as well as Maxime Teisseyre, head of the cellular and genetic therapy unit at the Nice University Hospital and a member of IRCAN.

Scientific presentations were given by both partners, including a remote presentation by Xavier Descombes, head of the joint Morphème project team at i3S and the Inria Center of Université Côte d'Azur. These presentations helped identify several potential avenues for collaboration.

This collaboration with the University of Münster will lead to a forthcoming call for expressions of interest.
