Important dates to keep in mind for a smooth start to the school year.
Are you a newly admitted student or continuing your studies in one of our programs in September 2026? Congratulations!
Before you enjoy a well-deserved summer break, here’s a quick checklist of things to keep in mind for a smooth start to the school year!
- You must complete your admission process by registering with the administrative office (IA).
- Administrative registration begins: July 7, 2026, at 1:30 p.m.
- Deadline for administrative registration:
- for M1: September 1, 2026
- for the M2 program: September 18, 2026
- for the Ph.D. program: November 2, 2026
- Work-study students: You cannot complete your administrative registration online. Contact your contract manager.
- Activate your student account
- Pick up or update your student ID card at your campus registrar’s office. Learn more
- Course registration (IP) will follow shortly; it is essential for enrolling in your classes, receiving your grades, and completing your academic year. Keep an eye on your email!
- Don’t miss any of the mandatory back-to-school meetings:
- Your back-to-school meetings by Master’s program
- The EUR DS4H kickoff on September 3 (registration required)
- The information session on minors and fall semester projects on September 10 (registration required)
- TECH Day, a day of tech conferences and workshops for computer science and MIAGE students on September 4
