The "Networks, Information, and Digital Society" Academy of Excellence unveils the six laureate projects of the "Ideas 2025" Call for Expressions of Interest, which aims to support high-risk exploratory research projects with strong scientific ambition and high potential impact.
The selected projects stand out for their originality, interdisciplinary and their positioning at the interface between digital sciences and the humanities.
From cybersecurity to computational astrophysics, including neural interfaces and the ethical challenges of artificial intelligence, the 2025 selection showcases the diversity and vitality of exploratory research within the RISE Academy's scope.
